Background
"I can't get into the app server through Bastion anymore. It worked before last week's network cleanup." Admins connect with bas-hub, the Azure Bastion host in the hub. The app server is vm-app in Spoke 1. Only Bastion may reach it on SSH. Other hub machines, like vm-tools, must not.
